Refund Policy
Please note that Yagni reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions related to returns, refunds, and exchanges from time to time. Customers are advised to review the policy on the website before placing an order to stay updated with the applicable terms.
Return Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

Once the returned product passes the quality check, the exchanged item will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Yagni does not arrange reverse pickups. Customers must send the product back to the warehouse address provided.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, worn, or not in resalable condition will not be accepted.

Order cancellation is allowed only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and only before dispatch from the warehouse.

All prepaid orders are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

Approved refunds will be issued only as store credits, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

For unresolved queries, customers can contact us at contact@yagni.in between Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Refunds will be issued only if the fault is from our end, such as receiving a defective product or experiencing delays beyond the promised delivery timeline.
Returns & Exchanges Policy – Black Friday Sale
To ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience during the Black Friday Sale, please read the following carefully:
1. No Returns

Returns are not permitted on Black Friday sale orders.
2. Exchange Requests

Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the order.

Requests raised after 4 days will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Process

Once approved, exchanges may take a minimum of 25 days for delivery.

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.

Alternatively, Yagni can arrange a pickup at a nominal fee of ₹200.

If the requested size is unavailable:

Customers may choose an alternate product of equal value, or
-
Store credits will be issued, valid for 3 months from the issue date.

4. Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items

Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

Socks, caps, bandanas, and accessories are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
5. Delivery Timeline

Dispatch timelines mentioned at the time of purchase must be reviewed carefully.

Due to high order volumes during the Black Friday Sale, delivery delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
